Excalibur Electronics Frogger (2005, LCD, 2 AA Batteries, Model# 4011-A)
Excalibur Electronics (audio caution, their website plays music and sound effects) is a current manufacturer of handheld LCD games, and the recently released a series of games with almost the exact same shape as the Coleco arcade games (and one, Frogger, is even the same game). I'm not sure if they have more planned, but I'll keep an eye out for them. So far, I've seen Frogger, Space Invaders and Stewie Electronic Talking Pinball (based on the Family Guy character). These can be picked up in the U.S. at Spencer Gifts.
Here is the Frogger game with an actual Coleco Frogger beside
it for comparison. The Excalibur Frogger
has a translucent white top (with the LCD mounted on the top), so it must be
played in a lit room (or sunlight)
so you can see the game (similar to the Nintendo Game & Watch tabletops).
(Oddly, the other two games
in this body style actually have their own backlights, not sure why this one
is different.)
Here's a huge styro-foam display they had made for CES (and other shows) this
year:
Do I have this? Yes, boxed.
