An older Sub Wars, this is one is LED based. The game comes with two handles that are attached to the sides next to to simulate the two handles usually seen on a real submarine periscope (These are removable and tend to get lost). You basically just shoot a little red blip from the bottom of the screen at little red blips moving along the top of the screen...
I just made another interesting discovery about this game recently. If you cut the top, square portion of the game off, and add slightly different lights inside it, you have the locator device Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) uses to try to find the President in MGM's Escape from New York.
