Lansay Super Catch (19??, LCD, Watch battery, Model# ?)
Licensed from Gakken (Gakken's Big Wrestler), these games are the same size and shape of a cassette tape case, and even have a plastic lid to close on them (missing in this picture, but visible in the Gakken pic). Inside the lid would be some artwork pertaining to the game play.
